Day 195: Artichoke!

Being small, cute, and feathery with a very sensitive palate often makes you the natural choice to sample and rate new delicacies.

The more enthusiasm you show for a new dish, the more successful it is likely to be upon being added to the regular menu.

This means chefs and diners alike watch you closely, since they know you are a culinary trendsetter.
