Day 201: Green is for Nesting

Every being has a favorite color.

Some beings (such as your large featherless assistant, who frankly doesn’t have much fashion sense) like boring colors such as “blue.”

But for those beings with more refined senses (such as the ones with feathers, who can not only see “normal” colors but are also able to see in ultraviolet) “green” is always the color of choice.

Green is the best color.

Green is for houseplants.

Green is for spring.

Green is for NESTING.

Plus, green sets off the other two best colors – “grey” and “white” – to perfect advantage.

Well I'll be! Finally my large featherless assistant found some attractive furnishings!

Yes, this is just perfect. Great texture, nice flavor, and the color is sublime.

It is plentiful and soft - the ladybirds will love this.

I'll just test out its softness for myself.

Wow Mom - I didn't think you had it in you!

Wow Mom – I didn’t think you had it in you, but – well done!
