Day 10: Interviewing Collaborators

When you are choosing your collaborators for a new creative venture, you may want to look at a number of traits before making your final selection.

For instance, you might note down shared interests that could enhance the creative process.

You may also be interested in the candidates’ specific size, shape, or species.

And of course you will want to hear what each candidate brings to the table (figuratively and literally).

Once you have narrowed down your list to just a few top candidates, you can conduct your interviews and select the lucky winner.

Hi Grandma. You are already high on my list of candidates since we are both small and we both like to eat.
