Day 68: It’s All About that Face

Not so long ago, a blonde featherless being named Meghan Trainor got very popular singing a song called “It’s All About That Bass.”

The moral of that story is, when you work what you’ve got (even if it’s not feathers) other beings will naturally gravitate to you.

For instance, say you have a very fetching face. And a long sleek tail. And groovy wings. And a fluffy full-feathered chest. And round black eyes. And a spiky crest. And cute pink feet. And an equally cute curved beak….

Anywhere you go, anything you do, other beings will flock to you for inspiration and, well, massive doses of restorative “cuteness.”

Let's say you decide you want to visit Grandma's pantry.

In no time at all, fans will begin to gather.

In addition to oohing and aahing, they may want to take your photograph so they can look at it later for inspiration.

Journalists may ask a few questions so they can share your thoughts with the masses (for more inspiration).

Journalists may ask a few questions so they can share your thoughts with the masses who couldn’t be there in person (all part of being a humanitarian with feathers).

Don't be surprised if you see fans who are dressed in your colors ("classic grey and white" looks good on any being!)

Don’t be surprised if you see fans who are dressed in your colors (“classic grey and white” can make any being look – and feel! – cuter.)

The longer you sit with your fans, the more inspired they will become (and the cuter they will look).

The longer you sit with your fans, the more they will learn about how to “work what they’ve got” (and look very cute while doing it!)
