If the review comes from a world-renowned gourmand, the “thrill factor” shoots up even higher.
In fact, this is often how chefs become known for certain “signature dishes” – they keep making them (and inviting the gourmand back to dine again) to relive the memory of those first glorious 5 stars.
Take cheesy bread, for instance.
If it is a hit at its debut, it just makes good culinary sense to keep on making it!
