There is nothing like living in an interspecies flock to learn about different approaches to fitness and nutrition.
For example, featherless beings often like to watch fitness activities (on a large comfy seating device) while tending to their nutrition (here, flavorful salty crunchy things are often the nutrition of choice).
Beings with feathers, on the other hand, tend to like to combine fitness and nutrition….like so.
I’m feeling….peckish. But I would also like to do some fitness.
Luckily, my favorite fitness routine also involves a flavorful piece of crust.
Oh, there you are, Mom – yes, of course you can document my “nutritional fitness” routine for my fans!
Okay, first you want to do a nice relaxing back stretch….stretch towards the crust for this one.
Now do a deep LUNGE!
You will know you have lunged deeply enough when you can grip the tasty crust with your beak.
Now straighten back up, taking care to keep your wings back and your chest open. You can keep chewing while you do this part of the routine.
Now you want to do some side stretches – to one side and then….
