Being .007, pint-sized super spy (with feathers), means you can make even the most dangerous mission look effortless.
But a peek behind the scenes reveals the rigorous ongoing training and skills-building that keeps you at the top of your game.
I sure would like to take another restful nap, but it is time for my daily “sparring practice.”
Daily sparring practice is essential to maintain my elite position as .007, pint-sized super spy.
I’ll just start with a light warm-up round.
My large featherless super spy training assistant provided this custom-built “sparring center” just for me.
Now that I’ve warmed up I will practice my super-secret sparring maneuvers.
I like to begin with “biting” – one of the all-time most effective tactical maneuvers.
I always like to take the lead in any sparring match – I call this technique “My Way Sparring.”
And no sparring practice session is complete without “fancy footwork” – another of my many elite skills.
Finally, I always like to close my sparring practice with a round of “head butting” (as a side note, this is also a useful technique for when you want to signal your large featherless assistant that it is time to scratch your neck feathers).
