In most featherless circles, there is a misconception that feathered beings are messy eaters.
In fact, just the opposite is the case.
Feathered beings are such neatnicks they can’t stand to have any detritus lingering – on their feet, feathers, beaks or anywhere.
Such beings who are lucky enough to have quick, well-trained large featherless waitresses may not struggle much with this issue.
But for feathered beings whose waitresses are still, well, learning, a well-timed “covert fling” can make all the difference in maintaining dining sanity.
